  • Exceptions: Personalized, perishable, and final sale items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on delivery.
  • Return Window: The return period starts from the date you receive the product and lasts for 14 days. After this period, returns may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our support team via email or phone within the 14-day window. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  • Step 2: Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for shipping costs, except in cases of product defects or delivery errors.
  • Step 3: Ship the product back in its original packaging to the provided address. Upon receiving and verifying the return, we will process the refund or exchange.

3. Refunds and Processing

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider, typically within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
  • Partial Refunds: If items are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Shipping Costs: We do not refund shipping fees unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
